J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a dayshift with hybrid work. You will manage supplier invoices, ensure accuracy with POs and GRs, and liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Requires Mandarin and English proficiency, a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field, and 3+ years in AP; Oracle Cloud or SAP experience is a plus. Salary Php 85,000–100,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 3 years of Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay experience.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with timely posting and validation.
• Match invoices to POs and GRs for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier queries.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvements in invoicing workflows.
