Job summary

Receivable Management Services (HK) Ltd is hiring customer services representatives to support accounts receivable management for clients in Asia. The role will be based in our iQor office in Santa Rosa (Laguna), the Philippines.

You will handle customer inquiries, negotiations and AR documentation, ensuring accurate records and timely responses. The ideal candidate has tertiary accounting knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Korean, and is proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous in figures.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Korean language speaking and writing proficiency; good English required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls.
• Negotiate settlements and payment plans to maximize return.
• Manage accounts receivable and prepare statements for customers.
• Update AR reports for client review.
• Gather data and documents per client requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
• Negotiate with customers for achieving highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans
• Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare statement of accounts for customers
• Update regular accounts receivable reports for client’s review
• Gather data and documents proper systems per client’s requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous in figures
