Job summary

Receivable Management Services (HK) Ltd is hiring customer services representatives to provide accounts receivable management services to clients in Asia. The role is based at our iQor office in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, and involves direct communication with customers by email and phone.

You will negotiate settlements and payment plans, manage client accounts, and prepare statements while maintaining accurate AR reports.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous in figures
• Proficient MS office skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent language skills in Cantonese; Ability to speak Mandarin is an edge
• Good spoken and written English a must

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
• Negotiate with customers for achieving highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans
• Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare statement of accounts for customers
• Update regular accounts receivable reports for client’s review
• Gather data and documents proper systems per client’s requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
