You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, document conversations, and escalate complex cases while following established processes and service guidelines. The role emphasizes professional communication, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to effectively handle voice, chat, and email support.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, technical support, or related roles.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, chat, email, or other customer support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Korean and English
• Provide customer and technical support through voice, chat and email
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical concerns
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex and unresolved concerns to the appropriate team
• Follow established processes, service standards, and communication guidelines
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
