Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Document Translation specialist to translate documents from English to a foreign language and back, support interpretation during meetings, and help drive quality assurance and process improvements.

You will assist in capability development of bilingual staff, research business terminologies, and be ready to cross-train on SAP, Oracle, SFDC, and Service Desk while collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic service‑desk environment.

Qualifications

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
Able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in both English and Italian language.
Experience in providing customer service, analytical testing, quality assurance testing, or other relevant experience.
Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management.
Must be willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours.

Responsibilities

Translate documents from English to a foreign language and vice versa (e.g., requirements, designs, emails, tickets, error information).
Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities.
Assist in capability development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
Research, compile, and learn business, tools, and technical terminologies.
Use and contribute to strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
Be willing to be cross-trained on technical or project management tasks.
Work with teams and diverse range of people in a Service Desk setting.
