Inchcape Philippines is hiring a People Services Advisor to support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, changes, and inquiries. This entry-level role offers exposure to HR processes within a regional finance services team and a hybrid work setup in Manila.

You will respond to routine inquiries, handle case records, and help maintain data accuracy across HR systems while learning employment legislation and People Services processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• No prior HR experience required; up to 1 year in admin/CS/HR support considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level People Services support and respond to routine inquiries.
• Process onboarding, changes, and offboarding transactions.
• Manage and update case records in the ticketing system.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
• Assist with HR administration, reporting, and activities.
