Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines is seeking a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our healthcare support team. This role handles inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling medical imaging appointments.

The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service, can handle escalations, and understands healthcare appointment procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1+ years in a customer service role, preferably healthcare scheduling.
• Strong communication and patient support skills.
• Experience with inbound/outbound calls and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details with accuracy.
• Coordinate MRI, CT, and Ultrasound appointment scheduling.
• Provide clear preparation instructions for scheduled exams.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisor or Tier 2 when needed.
