Job summary

AMTEC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a Spanish bilingual Appointment Setter in the Philippines (BGC, Taguig City). Night shift schedule to support U.S.

operations. You will handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule and confirm patient appointments, communicating in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in appointment setting or healthcare scheduling, experience with U.S.-based patients, and proficiency in CRM systems and EMR/EHR platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, customer service, call center, or healthcare scheduling.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based customers or patients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Communicate professionally with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, providers, clinic locations, and appointment availability.
• Verify and update patient demographic and contact information in the system.
• Make reminder calls to reduce appointment no-shows and maximize provider schedules.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to assist with scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and appointment updates.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals for appointment setting and patient communication.
