Job summary

Trinity Outsourcing Solutions in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in French and English to handle freight, shipment, and logistics inquiries across voice and email channels.

The role requires 1+ year of BPO experience, strong bilingual communication (minimum B2), and comfort with CRM systems. Night shifts available (10 PM–7 AM or 1 AM–10 AM). You will log interactions and strive for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) with a minimum B2 level.
• Minimum 1-year BPO voice experience with inbound voice or blended work.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with freight, shipping, or carrier tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in French and English regarding freight shipment status.
• Address delivery issues, carrier delays, and service queries within SLA targets.
• Execute outbound follow-up calls for exception management, updates, and disputes.
• Manage email inquiries in both languages within 30-minute first-response targets.
• Perform Track & Trace tasks and updates for customers and carriers.
• Log all interactions in CRM per SOPs and escalate when needed.
• Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain QA scores above 80%.
