Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Ambassador to handle inbound phone orders for food and beverage products. You will ensure orders are captured accurately in our transaction system and proactively upsell menu items to boost sales.

You will address modifications, answer pricing questions, and log feedback to improve store performance. You should have at least 3 months of call center experience, a high school diploma, and excellent bilingual communication skills in English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of call center experience or phone support.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent bilingual verbal communication in English and a second language.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell naturally.
• High attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced orders.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound phone orders accurately and dispatch to stores for fulfillment.
• Actively upsell menu items on every transaction to raise average order value.
• Handle order modifications or cancellations and inform stores of changes.
• Answer questions on product availability, options, and pricing structures.
• Log customer feedback and issues for store management follow-up.
