Recruitify_HR is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer service professional to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat from our Metro Manila clientele. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions in the CRM, collaborating across departments, and identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
