• Excellent bilingual verbal communication in English and a second language.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell add-ons.
• High attention to detail and multitasking during fast-paced order entry.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Process inbound phone orders and dispatch to stores for fulfillment.
• Actively upsell menu items to increase order value.
