Job summary

Suyen Corporation is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to be the primary voice for online shoppers across Bench, Human, Kashieca and partner brands. You will resolve inquiries across email, chat, and phone, guiding customers through their online journey with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires 1-2 years in customer service or BPO, a bachelor's degree in communications/marketing/business, and strong English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO (Voice or Non-Voice), or E‑Commerce Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; undergraduates with strong experience considered.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communications.
• Proficiency with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce and marketplace chat centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries, complaints, and feedback across email, hotlines, live chat, and marketplaces.
• Provide accurate information on order status, delivery timelines, payments, and promotions.
• Assist customers with website navigation, sizing, and checkout issues.
• Log, track, and close tickets using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and 3PL to resolve delays, damages, or missing parcels.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations per company policies.
