Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Mandarin Bilingual - Sales Representative (BPO) to engage Mandarin-speaking customers via calls, chat, or email, promoting and selling our products. You will identify client needs, close sales, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to improve the sales process.

Fluency in Mandarin and English and at least 3 years of BPO sales experience are required; PH passport holder preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a BPO or contact center environment outbound, inbound, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Mandarin-speaking customers via calls, chat, or email to promote and sell company products or services.
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools or company systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) to improve the sales process.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to help shape business strategies.
