Job summary

Staffing For Doctors is seeking an experienced bilingual Legal Case Manager to support a California Personal Injury practice. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of direct case management within a California PI firm, handling the full lifecycle from opening claims to liens.

This is a full-time contractor role (40 hours/week) with Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST) and a remote arrangement. Proficiency in English/Spanish, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated case management in a California personal injury firm.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred; strong English proficiency required.
Hands-on experience with Filevine is highly preferred.
Full-time contractor role, Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

Case Management: handle PI files from inception through pre-litigation settlement or transfer.
Claims & Property Damage: open insurance claims and assist with property damage resolution.
Medical Coordination & Records: coordinate ongoing client care and manage medical records.
Lien Management: open and track medical liens with providers and lienholders.
File Maintenance: keep digital files organized and updated in case management software.
