Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law
• Experience with medical records retrieval and billing coordination
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and billing from providers, hospitals, and insurers
• Coordinate with medical providers to verify billing details and required documentation
• Maintain and update case files with accurate, current records
• Review medical records and bills for completeness and flag missing information
• Assist with case intake and initial file setup
• Communicate with clients about treatment status and outstanding needs
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely receipt of records and documents
• Prepare case documentation for demand packages, litigation, and settlement
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers
• Log updates in case management systems
