Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate personal injury files, including car accidents and slip-and-fall cases. You will initiate welcome calls and keep clients updated on recovery progress, while ensuring compliance with medical guidance.

You will serve as the liaison among attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurers, gathering records and preparing demand packages for settlements.
