Job summary

You will attend pre-bid conferences, prepare bid documents, and ensure timely submissions while coordinating with engineers, architects, and other professionals. • Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in field construction.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• Understanding of tender processes and methodologies.

• Experience dealing with complex tenders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Attends pre-bid conferences for upcoming projects

• Prepares bid documents as requirements of the client.

• Ensures that required bidding is accurately and timely prepared for submission.

• Supervises and monitors overall project deliverables and status.

• Studying all related customer documents, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.

• Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.

• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign-off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.

• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned by his immediate head from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• at least 3 years' experience in field construction.

• Familiarity with the construction industry.

• The tender process, terminologies, and methodologies technical understanding.

• Keen to details.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
