Plans and organizes technical submittals as a requirement in tendering/ bidding process such as Site Utilization Plan, Tender Schedule, Table of Organization, Construction Methodology, Manpower and Equipment Loading, Quality Control Plan, Health, Safety and Environmental Program, etc.
Lead in developing a project presentation of construction methodology if required by Owner/ Construction Manager during tender/ bid process.
Liaises with Site Engineers in developing construction work methodologies.
Coordinates and collects weekly/ monthly progress updates from Site Engineers.
