Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Bicol region seeks a Customer Development Manager to drive sales and growth for key accounts.

You will build strong relationships with LCC buyers, develop Joint Business Plans, lead business reviews, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure availability and effective promotions. On-site role requiring travel across the Bicol Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in Customer Development, KAM, or FMCG sales.
• Experience with LCC/Modern Trade accounts preferred.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of sales, profitability, trade investments, pricing, and ROI.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication, business reviews, and presentations.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution.
• SAP, Power BI, Nielsen proficiency is a plus.
• Must have driver's license and willingness to travel in the Bicol Region.
• Willing to work onsite in Bicol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, volume, market share, and profitability targets.
• Build & maintain relationships with LCC buyers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute growth plans, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and customer initiatives.
• Lead regular business reviews with customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive assortment expansion, product listings, promotions, and activations.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and ensure availability.
• Travel extensively within the Bicol Region and manage field activities.
