Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or Distributor Management.
• With experience in FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong experience in distributor management, territory development, trade execution, and sales operations.
• Should have a driver's license and is able to drive vehicles
• Knowledge of sales and distribution systems, merchandising, inventory management, accounts receivable, and trade marketing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and business development strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Will travel extensively and conduct regular fieldwork within the assigned territory.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by meeting targets through distributor management and trade activation.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with regional distributors and trade accounts to grow coverage.
• Monitor product availability, SKU distribution, merchandising standards, and trade visibility.
• Manage distributor performance, inventory, accounts receivable, warehousing, and policy compliance.
• Coach distributor sales teams with regular performance reviews and field coaching.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competitors to improve territory performance.
• Ensure proper utilization and monitoring of trade assets in the territory.
• Prepare business reviews, sales reports, market updates, and distributor records.
