Qualifications

• Significant experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Bicol Region.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data.
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the Bicol Region.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for your area.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, coaching for performance.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and tailor solutions.
