Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking an Associate, Technical Support to deliver high-level product and technical support for our business intelligence tools, including testing upgrades for clients and assisting with new user installation and education.

The role requires excellent English communication, service desk experience preferred, and willingness to work the night shift (10 PM–6 AM PH time).

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a service desk or technical support setting is a plus.
• Ability to collect, analyze and summarize data to prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level product and technical support to S&P Global Market Intelligence clients by phone, email, and chat.
• Test upgrades and new releases from a client perspective and aid in installation assistance.
• Communicate effectively to educate new users and troubleshoot tech-specific problems; meet deadlines in individual and group settings.
