Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, is hiring a Technical Support Analyst for US night shift. This WFH role demands 3+ years in BPO or tech support and experience assisting international clients via live chat, email, or tickets.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, onboard clients, and perform QA/testing while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in BPO or customer/technical support.
At least 2 years supporting international clients via live chat, email, or ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot platform, account, and software issues to determine root causes and resolve concerns.
Manage and prioritize support tickets using Jira, Intercom, or similar platforms while meeting service expectations.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
Escalate complex issues with complete documentation and relevant troubleshooting details.
Maintain accurate case notes and identify recurring issues for improvement.
