Job summary

RELX in Manila is seeking a Data Analyst who will perform data analysis and reporting to support sales regions. You will collect, manipulate, and query data, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality across BI systems.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and BI tooling experience, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing initiatives. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years in college without back subjects or incomplete units.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a business or sales environment analyzing data, writing queries, and developing reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.
• Ability to work with all levels of the sales organization and develop solid relationships.
• Ability to work independently yet in a team-driven atmosphere.
• Proficient use of SQL, Outlook, Excel and Internet Applications.
• Exposure in Tableau, Salesforce and PowerBI is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis and reporting utilizing knowledge of computer systems, data analysis and database management to support sales regions.
• Collects and manipulates data and creates queries to analyze, track and report internal data.
• Prepares reports and recommendations and participates in data interpretation.
• Develops and supports reporting and BI systems across business functions.
• Designs and develops reports and dashboards that are user-friendly and scalable across teams with drill-down capabilities.
• Verifies data quality and maintains data infrastructure, dashboards, and databases.
• Adheres to GDPR and related standards and assists in end-user training materials.
