Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of proven experience in B2B Technical Sales in IT Solutions or Systems Integration.
• Proven track record selling IT solutions to Banking and Financial Services Institutions (BFSI).
• High-level technological proficiency and comfort discussing IT solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software, Network Infrastructure, Data Analytics).
• Exceptional ability to speak technology with outstanding presentation skills and lead technical whiteboarding sessions and pitches.
• Ability to operate at a senior level, potentially mentoring junior sales staff and guiding overall strategy.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Hunt, acquire, and grow BFSI accounts using existing networks and industry knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and architecture overviews tailored to client challenges.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Partner with Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery teams to design customized IT solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with regular forecasting and leadership reports.
