Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a BESS Fulfillment Representative (FR) to support energy storage projects in Mexico and Latin America. The role combines pre-sales activities with post-contract project delivery, acting as a key interface among customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, local partners and global headquarters.

The FR requires BESS technical understanding, project management, contract awareness, and strong stakeholder management skills, with travel to site as needed across Mexico and Latin

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project delivery or project management experience in BESS, renewable energy, power, EPC or related industries.
• BESS project experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PMP/PMBOK principles and familiarity with international EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support BESS pre-sales and tender activities, including RFQ/RFP/SOW review, technical clarification and delivery requirement analysis.
• Lead the Sales-to-Delivery project handover after contract award and ensure key project information and contractual requirements are transferred.
• Coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, SAT and handover.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, action items and key milestones, and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate customers, EPCs, OEMs, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure timely closure.

About the Role

We are looking for a BESS Fulfillment Representative (FR) to support energy storage projects in Mexico and Latin America.

The FR will support both pre-sales activities and post-contract project delivery, acting as a key interface between customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, local partners and global headquarters. The role requires a combination of BESS technical understanding, project management, contract awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BESS pre-sales and tender activities, including RFQ/RFP/SOW review, technical clarification and delivery requirement analysis.
• Support LTSA, commissioning, site supervision, spare parts and other service quotations.
• Review and clarify relevant technical and contractual requirements, identifying scope gaps, interfaces and delivery risks.
• Lead the Sales-to-Delivery project handover after contract award and ensure key project information and contractual requirements are properly transferred.
• Coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, SAT and handover.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, action items and key milestones, and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate customers, EPCs, OEMs, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure timely closure.
• Support commissioning, SAT, PAC/FAC, warranty and LTSA activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action lists and risk registers.
• Support contract clarification, change management and identification of contractual and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of project delivery or project management experience in BESS, renewable energy, power, EPC or related industries.
• BESS project experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of BESS systems, including Battery/BMS, PCS, EMS, SCADA and MV systems.
• Experience with project planning, schedule, risk, issue and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of PMP/PMBOK principles and familiarity with FIDIC Silver Book or other international EPC contracts.
• Able to understand and work with RFQs, SOWs, technical specifications and contracts.
• Strong customer communication, coordination, problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Native/professional Spanish and professional working English (B2+/C1 or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel and support project sites in Mexico and Latin America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PCS / EMS / SCADA or commissioning and SAT.
• EPC / system integrator / OEM experience.
• Experience with LTSA / O&M / after-sales services.
• Experience in the Mexican or Latin American energy market.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification.
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
