HRTx Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist for a 5-month contract in Greenhills, San Juan City. The role focuses on benefits administration and HR processes, requiring hands-on experience with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO operations.

Responsibilities include processing claims and enrollments, managing insurance and loans, and coordinating with Finance and benefit providers. Onsite, day shift with 100% in-person interviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience specializing in benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth claims, loans, and updates.
• Handle HMO enrollments, claims, reimbursements, and APE scheduling.
• Manage Group Life Insurance, employee loans, and bereavement benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance, government agencies, and benefit providers.
