Suzuki Auto Kawit is seeking an HR Benefits and Payroll Specialist in Cavite to provide centralized HR services for government-mandated programs such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and government loans. The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has 2+ years in HR benefits/payroll, and demonstrates high confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least two years of experience in HR benefits and payroll.
• Knowledgeable in compliance with different government offices.
• Can administer compensation and benefits.
• With a high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Provides centralized HR services on government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Ensures timely facilitation and processing of employees' applications for government loans and all other government-mandated benefits.
• Coordinates with payroll on remittances/reimbursement from different government offices.
• Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefits programs.
• Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payments.
