Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology or Business Administration.
• 1.5 years work experience in Benefits or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Philippines Government Benefits Laws and Regularizations.
• Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in Benefits sub-function.
• Provide timely computation of associate benefits for payout.
• Coordinate with external parties (HMO, government agencies) for enrollment and changes.
• Assist in department-wide programs and events; supporting special projects.
