Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Analytics or related field.
- 5–7 years in analytics, employee benefits, insurance, broking, healthcare, financial services or consulting.
- 2–3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, broking processes, and healthcare claims analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools and data analysis platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics reports, claims analyses, and utilization reviews.
- Manage renewal analytics, insurer comparisons, and loss ratio reviews.
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking studies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, compliance across analytics.
- Lead dashboards development and reporting automation while mentoring staff.
