Job summary

Digital Minds BPO Services in Naga City seeks a Behavioral Health Patient Navigator to support a U.S.-based maternal health platform. You will interpret screening results, conduct follow-up calls, and connect patients with resources, while adhering to HIPAA standards.

This is a non-clinical role focused on patient experience; onsite work required in Naga City, Bicol. A relocation bonus is available for hires relocating from outside the region.

Qualifications

• RPm with active PRC license (Registered Psychometrician) or RN/RM with perinatal mental health experience.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence in handling phone conversations.
• Willing to work onsite in Naga City, Bicol.

Responsibilities

Position Overview Join our growing team and support a U.S.-based maternal health platform dedicated to improving the well-being of pregnant and postpartum mothers. As a Behavioral Health Patient Navigator, you will provide non-clinical patient support by interpreting standardized mental health screening results, conducting follow-up phone calls to clarify patient responses, and connecting patients with appropriate external resources when needed.

Please Note: This is NOT a therapy, counseling, or diagnostic role.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and review standardized mental health screening results.
• Conduct professional follow-up phone calls to clarify patient responses.
• Connect patients with appropriate external support resources based on established protocols.
• Accurately document patient interactions and outcomes in the client's systems.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with an active PRC License
• OR
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with documented experience in perinatal mental health.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence in handling phone conversations (required).
• Comfortable discussing emotionally sensitive topics with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Willing to work onsite in Naga City, Bicol.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pregnancy and postpartum populations.
• Previous telehealth or U.S. healthcare experience is an advantage.

• Psychology degree without RPm licensure
• Internship-only mental health experience
