Job summary

Digital Minds BPO in Naga City is seeking a Care Navigator (Spanish-Speaking) to support Spanish-speaking expectant and postpartum mothers through a U.S.-based digital maternal health platform. You will provide compassionate bilingual support, assist patients throughout their maternal health journey, conduct follow-ups, and connect them with available healthcare resources.

Relocation bonus available for candidates relocating within or outside the Bicol Region.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Compassionate, patient-focused and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Good documentation and computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Naga City, Bicol.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care navigation and support to Spanish-speaking pregnant and postpartum mothers.
• Conduct patient follow-up through phone calls and messaging.
• Connect patients with appropriate programs, services, and available resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the client's systems.

Preferred Qualifications
