Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales outreach, prospecting and closing
• Experience in wholesale account management or retail partnership development
• Strong understanding of the U.S. e-commerce and online retail landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales materials
• Self-motivated, accurate and capable of working unsupervised
• Strong organizational skills with multiple accounts and priorities

Responsibilities

• Source, pursue and manage B2B sales opportunities across online wholesale and retail channels
• Run targeted outreach to online retailers, wholesale buyers and e-commerce distribution partners
• Establish and grow partnerships with beauty and wellness distributors
• Increase sales through Faire.com and similar wholesale marketplaces
• Oversee ongoing retailer relationships, follow-ups and account communications
• Present product lines and sales materials to prospective buyers and retail partners
• Onboard new retail partners and coordinate their setup
• Investigate TV shopping and media commerce opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain sales pipeline records and report progress
• Research new distribution channels and market opportunities in the U.S.
