Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with outreach, prospecting, and closing accounts.
• Experience in wholesale account management or retail partnership development.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. e-commerce and online retail landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling product presentations and sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and manage B2B sales opportunities across online wholesale and retail channels.
• Conduct targeted outreach to online retailers, wholesale buyers, and e-commerce distribution partners.
• Build and nurture partnerships with beauty and wellness distributors.
• Expand sales through Faire.com and similar wholesale marketplace platforms.
• Manage ongoing retailer relationships, follow-ups, and account communications.
• Present product lines and sales materials to prospective buyers and retail partners.
• Support onboarding and operational coordination of new retail partners.
• Explore TV shopping and media commerce opportunities and partnerships.
• Track sales pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, and report progress.
• Research and identify new distribution channels and market opportunities within the U.S. market.
