Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Training Executive to support the Local Market Training Team. You will drive digital learning for retail teams via MyDior and SkillsUp, while delivering in-person training on client development and product knowledge.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to adapt materials for local markets and events. You will design mobile-first content, update curricula, and monitor engagement and performance metrics across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail training or instructional design, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or fashion.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the luxury beauty advisor mindset.
• Experience managing mobile learning management systems (LMS) or digital content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and localize digital learning modules for MyDior and SkillsUp.
• Translate global guidelines into engaging mobile-first content for platforms.
• Plan and manage local MyDior/SkillsUp calendars and push updates in a timely manner.
• Lead classroom training sessions focused on Client Development and retail concepts.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to integrate apps and modules into onboarding and ongoing education.
