BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and quality. The role involves soliciting microfinance loan accounts, evaluating applicant qualifications, and coordinating processing and servicing of loan applications.

Strong selling, communication and customer service skills are required. You will work across multiple locations including Malolos, Calumpit, Guiguinto, Baliwag, Pandi and San Miguel.

Formación

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.
• Must be willing to work in Malolos, Calumpit, Guiguinto, Baliwag, Pandi, or San Miguel

Responsabilidades

• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.

• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.
