Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; Marketing or Business Management background is a plus.
• At least 3 years as a BDM in PH Payroll Solutions, SaaS, or HRMS Services, with end-to-end sales experience.
• B2B sales background with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales, from market research and lead generation to closing deals.
• Present payroll, SaaS, and HRMS solutions to prospective B2B clients and build lasting relationships.
• Consistently hit new business targets using CRM and lead generation tools.
