Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Marketing or Business Management is a plus
• 3+ years as a Business Development Manager in Payroll Systems, SaaS, HR Services, or related industries
• Strong background in B2B sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools
• Willing to work onsite in Market! Market!, Taguig
• Candidates with direct B2B/solution-selling experience preferred
