Pour Kings Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Officer to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate VIP seating with the Operations team. You will ensure a professional arrival experience and accurate daily records.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service skills, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. A Senior High School diploma is required; hospitality studies are a plus.
Welcome and greet guests, members, and VIP clients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding club services, promotions, and facilities.
Assist Guest to their assigned tables or designated areas when necessary.
Ensure every guest receives prompt and attentive service upon arrival.
Manage table reservations, guest lists, and walk-in customers.
Coordinate seating arrangements based on reservations and VIP priorities.
Confirm reservations through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
Monitor table availability and communicate updates with the Operations Team.
Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, reservations, and daily transactions.
Prepare daily reservation and guest attendance reports.
Coordinate with Operations Supervisors, Cashiers, and Service Staff regarding guest requests and special arrangements.
Inform the assigned staff of VIP arrivals, birthdays, private events, and special occasions.
Assist in ensuring smooth guest flow during peak operating hours.
Maintain the confidentiality of VIP guests, members, and company information.
Handle sensitive guest information with discretion and professionalism.
Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
At least a Senior High School Graduate; a college degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or entertainment industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident in dealing with VIP clientele.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and late-night operations.
