Job summary

Alcoline Corporation seeks a dynamic Bar Manager to lead daily bar and restaurant operations in Makati. You will supervise bartenders, ensure beverage quality, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role in a restaurant, bar, or lounge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, bar operations, and inventory control.
• Experience in sales analysis, cost control, and staff scheduling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-focused, organized, and able to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control beverage costs and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation standards, and liquor regulations.
• Create staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain seamless operations.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
