Qualifications

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or similar leadership role in a bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages, inventory, and cost control.
• Experience with POS, cash reconciliation, inventory management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day bar operations.
• Coach, schedule, and supervise bartenders and service staff.
• Ensure consistent service quality and guest experience.
• Monitor daily sales, POS transactions, cash handling, and closing procedures.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving and replenishment.
• Implement controls for inventory usage, wastage, breakage and variances.
• Monitor beverage costs, margins and operating expenses.
• Maintain product quality, presentation, cleanliness and bar standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely stock availability.
• Develop and improve cocktail/beverage program.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support promotions and events that drive traffic and sales.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulations.
