Job summary

La Noire Club in Makati is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the bar and club, ensure professional execution of venue activities, and maintain safety and presentation standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality or entertainment venue management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar, nightclub, hospitality, or entertainment venue management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and club.
• Ensure all venue activities are conducted efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the venue.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Conduct staff briefings and meetings as necessary.
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff members.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor daily sales performance and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with marketing, promoters, hosts, and VIP relations teams to attract customers.
• Support promotional events and special activities to drive venue traffic.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure proper stock management and minimize losses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding purchasing requirements.
• Review daily sales reports, cash handling procedures, and revenue records.
