Qualifications

• Education or training related to Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous customer service experience; banquet, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Professional in appearance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and attentive to guest needs.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
