Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Event Setup: Prepare banquet rooms and tables according to event plans and standards. Set up linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately. Refill drinks and clear used dishes discreetly and efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible.
• During Event: Maintain a clean and organized service area. Monitor guest needs and table settings throughout the event. Follow proper serving and sanitation standards. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Post-Event Duties: Clear tables and reset them for the next event if needed. Clean and store all service items properly. Report any issues or feedback to the supervisor or manager.
