Qualifications

• Two years of college completed.
• At least 1 year of call center experience handling international banking accounts.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends and Philippine holidays.
• Willing to work onsite at U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City.
• Hybrid work arrangement: onsite and from home as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors with top-tier service across banking products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly.
• Educate customers on banking products, policies, procedures, and digital tools.
• Support servicing needs for savings, chequing, investments, mortgages, loans, and credit cards.
