Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) is seeking Bank Customer Service Representatives to support customers across the United States and Canada from the Quezon City site. You’ll resolve inquiries, educate clients on banking products, and collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years in college without failing/back subjects.
• 1 year call center experience providing voice customer service for international retail banking accounts.
• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple banking products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to customer concerns and requests.
• Educate customers on banking products, policies, procedures, and digital banking tools.
