Qualifications

• Completed at least two years in college.
• Experience in a call center providing voice customer service.
• Experience with CRM and banking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Manulife Bank customers and advisors with exceptional service.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Educate customers on banking products, policies, and digital tools.
• Support servicing for deposits, mortgages, loans, and cards.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues balancing satisfaction and risk.
• Adhere to authentication, privacy, security, regulatory and fraud-prevention rules.
• Document interactions and resolutions within systems.
• Navigate multiple banking systems efficiently with accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay updated on banking products and regulatory changes.
• Demonstrate ownership by resolving customer concerns to completion.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and service levels.
