Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a Phone Banker to deliver outstanding service on banking queries via calls. You will handle inbound/outbound conversations on accounts, transactions, and services, aiming for timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/SHS, or 2-year college/vocational certificate.
• 1 year of international BPO voice experience or 1–2 years of customer-facing work experience.
• Strong English communication and exceptional customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding banking accounts, transactions, and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, payments, loans, fraud concerns, charges, and rewards.
• Investigate and resolve concerns timely while complying with security standards.
