Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Quezon City seeks a Customer Advisor to handle in-house selling, cross-selling, and portfolio management to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet needs.
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with BCM and units for resolution.
• Process over-the-counter transactions and requests per bank policies and service standards.
• Act as co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe with end-of-day cash verification.
